Privacy notice

This notice describes how MinMaxers, LLC handles information in two places:

1. This website (minmaxers.org) — the contact form, first-party attribution stored in your browser, and ordinary hosting logs.
2. MinMaxers Growth OS and MinMaxers Ads — Google Ads API data described in the Google API section below. MinMaxers Ads is the Google Ads integration used by MinMaxers Growth OS.

Information handled inside a consulting engagement that is not processed through this website or Growth OS is governed by that engagement’s agreement.

What you send us

If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you type: your name, work email, company, and — where you choose to provide them — your website, phone number, timeline, and your description of what you are trying to improve and where you believe the bottleneck is.

We use it to reply to you and to evaluate whether we can help. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Submissions are delivered to a business email account and retained there as ordinary business correspondence.

Please do not submit protected health information, credentials, payment details, or other sensitive data through this form.

Marketing attribution

So that we can tell which of our own marketing efforts actually work, this site records a small amount of context about how you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring website, any UTM campaign parameters in the link, and any advertising click identifier (for example a Google gclid) present in the URL.

This is stored in your own browser using local storage under the keys mm_first_touch and mm_last_touch. It stays on your device and is transmitted to us only if you submit the contact form, in which case it is attached to your inquiry. It does not follow you to other websites, and we do not use it to identify you as an individual. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Server logs

Like essentially all websites, the hosting infrastructure that serves these pages records standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user agent — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We also apply a short-lived, in-memory rate limit to contact form submissions using the requesting IP address, to keep automated spam out of the inbox.

Google API and Google Ads data

This section covers Google user data accessed through MinMaxers Growth OS and the MinMaxers Ads Google Ads integration. It does not apply to ordinary visits to this marketing website.

Access

Growth OS may offer Google sign-in as a login method. That login, if used, is a separate authorization from Google Ads access and does not, by itself, grant access to Google Ads data.

Google Ads access requires a second, explicit OAuth consent. The consent-screen app name is MinMaxers Ads. The scope requested is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — the Google Ads API scope. The current product does not implement writes. That is product behavior, not a description of the scope.

After an authorized user connects an account, the current product retrieves:

• Google Ads customer and account metadata
• Manager and client hierarchy
• Campaigns and campaign configuration
• Conversion actions
• Conversion goals
• Measurement and configuration information

The current product does not retrieve Google Ads data in order to upload conversions or to mutate campaigns, budgets, bids, conversion actions, or goals, because those operations are not implemented.

Use

Google Ads data is used to provide Growth OS user-facing features: showing connected accounts and hierarchy; displaying conversion actions and goals; showing campaign and measurement configuration; identifying measurement gaps; and providing account-diagnostics, conversion-architecture, and value- or bidding-readiness analysis and recommendations to authorized users.

We do not use Google API data for model training, cross-customer benchmarking, resale, or MinMaxers’ own advertising.

Storage

Google Ads authorization is separate from Growth OS login. Growth OS stores a tenant-specific binding that records which Google Ads account the user connected, and a refresh authorization credential so that connection can remain active. Access tokens used to call the Google Ads API are obtained on our servers when needed and are not treated as a long-lived stored secret.

Campaign, conversion-action, goal, and measurement details shown in Growth OS are requested from Google Ads when you view those screens. This website does not store that Google Ads configuration. Live Google Ads readback is not retained as a permanent archive.

We treat stored authorization credentials as sensitive and restrict access to them.

Sharing

We use infrastructure and service providers to host and operate this website and Growth OS. Those providers process data as needed to provide hosting, delivery, security, and reliability. For this website, that currently includes Vercel for hosting and, when the contact form is configured to send email, Resend for delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to investigate abuse, or as part of a corporate transaction after providing the notice and obtaining the consent Limited Use requires.

If you are in a consulting engagement with MinMaxers that includes Growth OS, authorized MinMaxers staff may review connected Google Ads configuration with your knowledge in order to deliver that work.

Retention

Bindings and stored Ads credentials are kept while the connection is active. After you disconnect a tenant binding or revoke the Google authorization, Growth OS stops using that credential for new requests. Residual copies may remain in backups or operational logs for a limited period as part of ordinary operations. We do not promise instant deletion of every backup copy.

Revoking access at Google also invalidates the refresh token. That does not delete data that remains in your Google Ads account — MinMaxers cannot delete your Google Ads account.

Website hosting logs (IP, URL, user agent) are retained for security and reliability. Contact emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence.

Disconnection, revocation, and deletion

You can disconnect a Growth OS tenant’s Google Ads binding from Growth OS. You can also revoke MinMaxers Ads in Google Account third-party access.

To ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete website contact data or Growth OS account and Google-related data we hold, write to rileyorscheln@gmail.com. We will handle it directly.

Sale and advertising use

Google user data is not sold, rented, or transferred to data brokers or information resellers. We do not use Google API data to serve ads for MinMaxers or third parties, including retargeting or interest-based advertising, or to make credit or lending decisions.

Connecting your own Google Ads account so you can inspect your own advertising configuration is not using Google user data to serve ads.

Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use of that information is limited to the prominent Growth OS features described on the Growth OS page.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and product, and is not directed to children.
