Operator
These terms cover minmaxers.org and MinMaxers Growth OS, including the MinMaxers Ads Google Ads integration. They are operated by MinMaxers, LLC.
Authority to connect Google Ads
The person who connects a Google Ads manager or advertiser account represents that they are authorized by the account owner to grant MinMaxers Ads the requested access.
Authorized use
Growth OS may be used only to operate accounts the user owns or is authorized to manage. Do not use it to access accounts the user does not control.
Third-party Google services
Google Ads, Google sign-in, and other Google services are provided by Google under Google’s terms. Availability, APIs, scopes, and consent screens can change or fail. MinMaxers is not Google and is not responsible for Google outages or policy changes.
No affiliation
MinMaxers, Growth OS, and MinMaxers Ads are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC.
Current product scope
Growth OS currently uses Google Ads authorization to read account hierarchy, campaigns, conversion actions, conversion goals, and measurement configuration. The current product does not make changes in Google Ads. If that changes, these terms and the privacy notice will be updated.
Recommendations are not guarantees
Analytics, diagnostics, and any recommendations are informational. They are not promises of revenue, ROAS, lead volume, profit, or other economic outcomes. The user remains responsible for business, media, and compliance decisions.
Disconnection
The user may disconnect tenant bindings and revoke Google authorization at any time. MinMaxers may suspend access for misuse or risk.
Privacy
Data practices, including Google API and Google Ads data, are described in the Privacy notice, which is part of these terms for that purpose.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use the service to access others’ Ads accounts without authorization, to circumvent OAuth, to violate Google Ads or Google API policies, or to upload unlawful content.
External API change
Features that depend on the Google Ads API may be limited, paused, or removed if Google changes the API, scopes, or verification status.
Availability and limitation of liability
The website and Growth OS are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, MinMaxers, LLC’s aggregate liability arising from Growth OS or this website is limited to the fees you paid MinMaxers for Growth OS or related work in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100 if you have not paid such fees.
